creating add-ons for firefox

I have always wondered how to create one and am still wondering. However I came across this post and thought I will share it with everyone. I am still in the process of reading it and may take a couple of weeks to put what is written into action. However, my reasoning behind sharing it with readers on a software testing blog is that software testers should try and leverage automation to their advantage. Automation need to not necessarily entail a full fledged automation test plan and usage of “automation” tools.
